Design services for a new fuel transfer pipeline - including pipeline design, council approval, liaison with other statutory bodies and receiving WorkCover NSW design approval.

Project management services for the upgrade of multiple country fuel depots - evaluation of requirements, design of modifications, calling tenders and project supervision.

Audits of fuel depots - for compliance with Dangerous Goods Regulations, OH&S legislation and Mobil Standards.

Risk assessments - of proposed direct tanker truck refuelling of locomotives on railway sidings.

Dangerous goods licensing of depots, airfield sites, terminals and third party customer sites.

MCE is required to resolve technical issues by finding a solution to modify a piece of plant whilst keeping the facility operational. MCE also provides alternative solutions of equivalent technical suitability and assesses the economic and cost benefits to ensure the running costs and maintenance requirements are as low as possible.
